Joe was thorough and professional in resolving the issue with our faucet water flow + water temperature. After troubleshooting easy fixes for the leak from the tub, he determined that the issue was the pipe and would need to go inside the wall where he discovered a cracked pipe causing the leak. Appreciated him looking at easy solutions first and his quickness in finding the correct solution to the problem. Would highly recommend.
